I took part in redesigning a time reporting app. Within 3 months, we discovered users’ core issues, created a new solution and validated it. For this project, it was crucial to go back to the roots and focus on the process itself. I’ve gained experience in mapping and optimising a very complex process.

I was part of a team working on redesigning the training ordering process. For a few months, we got our hands dirty while breaking down all variants of the process. To do that we used service blueprint diagrams.

In July 2017, I joined ABB and started my first project — a commenting plugin. For 6 months, I was helping the team to define the aim of the plugin, design a solution and in the end increase the engagement among ABB employees. This experience helped me to learn the user-centred design process and practise UX methodologies.

Student project of a digital magazine, whose number of readers in 2019 reached 3500 per month. My first experience of designing for real users. In 2017 I was in charge of creating the platform (front-end & back-end) for our new magazine. In addition, I did a lot of “UX job”, although I didn’t know at the time that it was a thing.

Reshaped overcomplicated training ordering process for ABB employees (using service design blueprint).
Designed a new time-reporting application that optimised the invoicing process of the ABB employees in Kraków and presented the final concept to high-level managers.
Facilitated Design Thinking trainings and product workshops for multiple teams. Was involved in many user research processes – from preparing scenarios to conducting interviews.

ABB brand is challenging, so a redesign of internal knowledge sharing and blogging platforms was a demanding (yet successful) project.
Designed the commenting plugin shared across communication platforms.
